Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is convenient, located right by a metro station, which makes getting around super easy. The rooms, while clean and cozy, were a bit small, and I experienced quite a noise from the metro underneath. The service was friendly and helpful, making the experience more enjoyable. Overall, it's a decent place to stay if you're looking for a good location and friendly atmosphere, but you might want to consider the noise factor.
Overall, my stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms are reasonably well-maintained and offer a comfortable experience, but they could use some maintenance. The location is fantastic, just steps from the metro, making it easy to explore Milan. However, the service left a lot to be desired, with some staff appearing rude at times. Dining was adequate but had limited options. While the price was fair, I expected a bit more for what I paid.
The hotel has a great location right next to the metro station, making it easy to get around. The rooms were spotless, which I really appreciated, but they were also quite small and had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, which was a bit off-putting for a non-smoker. Service was definitely lacking, as I encountered rude staff, except for one nice lady at checkout. Overall, it’s decent for the price but could use some improvements.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is convenient, right outside a subway stop and near the Malpensa airport, the service could really use some improvement due to a few rude staff members. The rooms were decent but on the small side, and the value for money felt a bit lacking especially with the breakfast options. Overall, it was a comfortable stay but not without its drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience during my stay. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made my visit enjoyable. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. However, the noise from the machines and the metro train passing by was quite disruptive at times. The breakfast options could use some improvement as well.
